Music City Construction Careers (MC3) is a three-week course and follow-up apprenticeship placement that prepares candidates to enter paid, full-time Union apprenticeships in the Union construction trades.

$600 stipend provided for those that complete the free three-week program.

After completing this program and being placed in an apprenticeship, average pay during 4-5 year building trades apprenticeships is between $16/hr and $23/hr + benefits. Average pay after completing an apprentice program is $50,000-$75,000/year + benefits.

No previous work experience is needed.

Requirements:

  • 18+
  • Diploma/GED
  • Successful drug screen and ability to pass random drug screenings long-term
  • Legal eligibility to work in the U.S.
  • English proficiency
  • Ability to perform physically challenging work in weather extremes
  • Interest in construction career
  • Reliable transportation
