Hello Friday.
April 26 2024
An entertainment district with a 4,000-person capacity concert venue is headed to downtown's Nashville Yards development — and construction is targeted to begin as soon as early next year.

If this sounds familiar, that’s because plans for the district were already somewhat underway. However, Nashville Yards developer Southwest Value Partners + entertainment company AEG have expanded on the original vision to include even more offerings.
Here’s what’s coming to the district:
- 4,000-capacity music venue
- 8-screen movie theater
- Food, beverage + retail offerings
- 275,000 sqft of Class A+ office space
- 3 residential towers
In addition to the planned entertainment district, Pinnacle Financial Partners announced this summer that it will relocate its downtown headquarters to a new 34-story tower at Nashville Yards. The tower will contain 650,000 sqft of office space and 28,000 sqft of retail.
Work also continues on Amazon’s 2 office towers, which will feature more than 1 million sqft of office space once completed.
