sēk Sauna Studio (pronounced “seek”) is an infrared sauna studio with the mission to improve the health, wellbeing, and quality of life of its clients. This mission started while owner Cat Bryson was learning to balance her own mental and physical health. 

While working in a corporate position, Cat knew her real passion was helping others.

• Belmont University recently received a $15 million donation from Barbara Massey Rogers and the Jack C. Massey Foundation, matching the largest single gift in the university’s history. • The Nashville Predators home game against the Calgary Flames scheduled for tonight has been postponed after six Calgary players and one staff member entered the NHL’s COVID-19 protocol. The next home game is Thurs., Dec. 16 against the Colorado Avalanche. (The Tennessean)
