🍽️ A menu for every meal
Conrad features three dining concepts: Blue Aster, The Lounge at Blue Aster + Thistle & Rye. -
Blue Aster offers an “innovative twist on modern Southern cuisine” with breakfast, lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch. Some menu highlights include hot stone ahi tuna, king crab chitarra pasta + mac and cheese waffles.
- Adjacent to the restaurant is
The Lounge at Blue Aster, a place to enjoy champagnes, cocktails, and wines from its 2,500-bottle curated wine room. Other dining features include an afternoon tea service, scones, pastries, and tea sandwiches.
- The third floor beverage-centric concept Thistle & Rye — slated to open later this summer — will serve up small plates (think: lobster rolls + pork belly bao buns) paired with live music.

🛀 What’s in a room?
You can’t talk about a hotel without mentioning the rooms — and we’re dishing on the hotel’s best. The 3,000-sqft Grand Suite includes three bedrooms, a lounge, a movie room, a butler’s pantry, a freestanding soaking tub, and a dining table for 10. The hotel’s five wellness rooms each have a Peloton bike, weights, a yoga mat, and other fitness-related features. 🛏️ The vibe is in the details
Talk about a first impression. Upon arrival, guests are greeted by a double-height lobby and a spiral staircase. Local artwork is on display throughout the hotel with a palette of dark woods, brass, bronze, and neutral tones — including this floor-to-ceiling piece by artist Jocelyn Limmer. |
