The Nashville Fair announced the entertainment lineup for the 10-day event â scheduled for Fri., Sept. 9-Sun., Sept. 18 at the fairgrounds. A new neighborhood market has arrived in Germantown â Spread Market & Larder at 1330 5th Ave. N. The market, located in a converted 1920s-era house, is an adaptive reuse project that came to life with the help of Smith Gee Studio + Dowdle Construction Group. The two groups worked to preserve the space, keeping the original floors intact + reusing the door frames and molding. Spread offers a selection of grocery items, including daily sandwich specials, homemade bread, grab-and-go snacks + beer and cider.
